SUMMER CAMP APPLICATION FORM

This outdoor play-based summer camp is for children ages 3-8 yrs. Forest School summer camp will follow the Forest School philosophy and will be nature-based, child-directed and experiential. Children will be given time and space to develop their interests, skills and understanding through valuable unstructured play.

Please fill out the form if you would like your child to join one of our Forest School Summer Camps.

This form does NOT guarantee your child's spot. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-serve basis.

3-5yrs HALF DAY - $245/week

5-8yrs FULL DAY - $410/week
